Daily meditation to increase happiness via the art of sucking your lip up your nose

Focus on da meditation
Pucker your lips

Suck your lips into your nose

Control laughter remain focused

Suck again HARDER!

Laugh maniacially focus again

Suck as hard as you possibly can!!!

Laugh until calm.

This meditation can be used before after or during stressful situations and can be done as many times a day as needed. Huge hugs lol
